You can relax wonderfully on our large roof terrace: with a panoramic view from east to west.
At night, a starry sky, easy to see from the comfortable sun & stars double lounger. In the morning, breakfast in the sunshine at the solid wooden table.
If it is not too windy, you can spend the day on the roof terrace with a parasol and a canopy providing shade on the lounger. The cozy living-bedroom has large windows, bright, open and is stylishly furnished in the Lanzarote style. A small, fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with a shower and toilet offers all the comfort you need.

Stipo Pranyko loved this apartment, which he designed to be like a cozy cave. Its lighting is spectacular, strongly inspired by Corbusier, and creates an enchanting atmosphere in the large living/dining room. In addition to the livingroom, there is a separate bedroom, an artistically designed bathroom with colorful skylights, and a kitchen.

apartments STIPO and MARIO
This apartment is truly a gem with lots of playful and special details, With its unique design, the ground floor flat offers an unrivalled living environment. This residential complex with a total floor space of 104 square metres, located on the ground floor, has now been converted into two residential units that can be used flexibly for living and working (e.g. as a studio), either together or separately.
STIPO apartment
In addition to the existing kitchen we created a new shower room with separate toilet. The living room with sculptural fixtures and a brick bench we organised with comfortable cushions. There is also a multifunctional room that can be used as a dressing room, office, gym or studio, and a separate bedroom.
MARIO apartment
In the other part of the living area, which we call MARIO in honour of our best builder, is the spectacular, often photographed bathroom, designed like a cave with a bathtub, shower and new toilet. A large open-plan living-sleeping-study room with alcoves, built-in shelves and cupboards, drawers and a round bed sofa forms the centre of this apartment. The open fireplace is a special attraction in this room. The new kitchen has been elaborately integrated into the existing space.
The two flats are each approx. 54 square metres and will be available from August 2025.
